•    Als Teamleiter/in führst du die Mitarbeiter deiner Abteilung und organisierst eigenverantwortlich einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf, wie z.B. bei der Erstellung der Mitarbeitereinsatzpläne oder beim Warenmanagement. 
•    Wenn es ums Verkaufen geht, wirst du selber aktiv und agierst im Tagesgeschäft als motivierendes Vorbild. 
•    Du sorgst dafür, dass Absprachen sowie verteilte Aufgaben und Prioritäten eingehalten werden und behältst dabei immer die Übersicht.
•    Weiterhin übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Umsetzen und Einhalten der Richtlinien des Visual Merchandising, damit unsere Kunden jederzeit einen guten Überblick in deiner Abteilung behalten. 
•    Als Teamleiter/in gehört es auch zu deinen Aufgaben, die Mitarbeiter im Team zu fördern und weiterzuentwickeln und Ihnen Feedback zu geben. Hierzu stimmst du dich mit deinem Store Manager ab, zu dem du die Schnittstelle bildest.
 

Was du mitbringst

•    Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Mode-Einzelhandel
•    Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Textileinzelhandel
•    Erste Erfahrung als Teamleiter, stellvertretender Teamleiter oder Department Manager/Floor Manager
•    Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Kundenorientierung
•    Ein sicheres Auftreten, gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, andere für neue Ideen zu begeistern
