Die A. Menarini Research & Business Service GmbH in Berlin ist eine deutsche Tochtergesellschaft des weltweit agierenden Pharma-Konzerns MENARINI mit Sitz in Florenz / Italien. Unser Dienstleistungsschwerpunkt liegt in der Forschung und Entwicklung von innovativen Arzneimitteln für die BERLIN-CHEMIE AG und andere Unternehmen des Menarini-Konzerns.

Als Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie neben der Überwachung und Aufrechterhaltung unserer pharmazeutischen Qualitätsmanagementsysteme gemäß (inter-)nationaler Standards auch für die Einführung eines höheren Digitalisierungsgrads sowie der (IMP) Zertifizierung von Prüfpräparaten für klinische Studien verantwortlich. Dabei agieren Sie mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Pragmatismus.

Sie wirken bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Lenkung von Dokumenten des QM-Systems (z.B. Standardarbeitsanweisungen, Risikoanalysen) mit Sie prüfen GMP-relevante Dokumente (z.B. Spezifikationen, Chargendokumentationen, Prüfungsvorschriften) Sie bearbeiten Änderungen, Abweichungen, OOS und CAPA sowie deren Nachverfolgung Sie führen die Qualifizierung von Dienstleistern und Lieferanten, einschließlich Audits durch Sie unterstützen die Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner Inspektionen, sowie von Inspektionen durch nationale und internationale Überwachungsbehörden Sie überwachen und unterstützen Qualifizierungsaktivitäten von Systemen und Prozessen Sie prüfen Verträge zur Abgrenzung der pharmazeutischen Verantwortung zwischen der A. Menarini Research & Business Service GmbH und Auftragnehmern Sie organisieren Schulungen und unterstützen bei der Einführung elektronischer QM-Systeme Was Sie auszeichnet

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Diplom- oder Masterstudium, bevorzugt der Fachrichtungen Pharmazie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Biologie oder Chemie Durch Ihre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen / chemischen Industrie mit Schwerpunkt GMP, Prüfpräparateherstellung oder Qualitätssicherung konnten Sie auch Kenntnisse der deutschen, europäischen, und FDA Gesetzgebung für Arzneimittel und Prüfpräparate, sowie zu (c)GMP-Regularien erwerben Sie haben Erfahrung mit (c)GMP-konformer Dokumentation sowie bei der Qualifizierung/Auditierung externer Dienstleister Sie sind engagiert, ergreifen Initiative und arbeiten selbstständig Sie passen sich an verändernde Anforderungen an und behalten stets den Überblick, um klar definierte Ziele zu erreichen Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunika­tions­fähigkeit, sowie eine hohe soziale Kompetenz Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse Darauf können Sie sich freuen
