AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT

Du möchtest wissen, wie Dein Daily Business aussehen wird? Du wirst die Person sein, die für die Projekte der Digitalen Einzelhandelsstrategie von DOUGLAS verantwortlich ist. Dies beinhaltet das Testen neuer Technologien, die Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen und die Verbindung zu anderen geeigneten Erfordernissen innerhalb der Organisation sowie die Unterstützung unserer Einzelhandelsdatenanalyse.

Verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Gestaltung und Umsetzung umfassender digitaler Strategien zur Verbesserung innovativer Technologielösungen Ansprechperson für operative Themen, Weiterentwicklungen und Projektteams Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachabteilungen sowie externen und internen IT-Teams und Dienstleistern Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Projektmanagement Lösungsfindung & Problembeseitigung Verantwortung für operative Aufgaben
DEINE SKILLS Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Retail, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle in der Einzelhandelsbranche Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für den Retailbereich, Konsumentenverhalten, Digital-Signage-Technologien, Content-Management-Systeme und Datenanalyse Lösungsorientierter, eigenständiger und organisierter Arbeitsstil Engagement und eine Hands-On Mentalität für zugewiesene Projekte Du bist in der Lage, die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen und transparent zu kommunizieren Bereitschaft zur ständigen persönlichen Weiterentwicklung Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
