We are looking for a sales manager with demonstrated track record of sales experience, you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow Technology in Dach Area. You are self-motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will work closely with the team across a variety of departments.


Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the whole sales chain from strategy to identifying opportunities and to driving revenue growth.
  • Responsible for DACH area PV or renewable Energy market
  • Capture new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop the strategy for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key customers.
  • Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region to introduce new product, new solution.
  • Collaborate with the developer, subcontractors, municipal entity, equipment suppliers, and site-specific construction suppliers to develop a cost-efficient solution to present to the customer.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and drive revenue generation.
  • Report on sales activity and present sales, revenue and expenses records


What we look for:

  • Bachelor, master’s degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
  • A strong network of business contacts (installers, energy suppliers, PV power plants, wholesalers etc)
  • At least 5 years of B2B experience in the PV or renewable energy industry or working on EPC projects (with a good knowledge of customer vocabulary, pain points, expectations, and deliverables)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  • Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and German.
  • Experience of using salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Driving license is preferred
