Senior Commercial Manager (m/w/d) TV/AV

Role and Responsibilities

Es liegt in deiner Verantwortung, das Commercial Channel Management zu übernehmen und den Rahmen festzulegen, in dem der Vertrieb die kommerziellen Vereinbarungen mit unseren Partnern trifft. In Anlehnung an die TV/AV Strategie stellt dieser Rahmen die kommerzielle Grundlage bereit, um die Vertriebsziele des Unternehmensbereichs zu erreichen. Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern zur Koordination der Jahres- / Quartalsbudgetplanungen gemäß den vorgegebenen Budgetvorgaben zur Erreichung unserer Umsatz- und Ertragsziele unter Berücksichtigung aller Investitionen wie SalesDeduction, Pricing, Marketing sowie Terms & Conditions. Durch kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe wird sichergestellt, dass jederzeit relevante Entscheidungen auf Basis aktueller Werte (Live-SD-Tracking) getroffen werden können. Überprüfung unserer Investitionen in Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten (einschließlich Promotion Effectiveness) in den Vertriebskanälen im Vergleich zum Ziel und Ausarbeitung von entsprechenden Optimierungen und Vorschlägen für zukünftige Maßnahmen und Investitionen auf Grundlage von ROI-Analysen. Unterstützung des Key Account Managements bei kommerziellen Verhandlungen mit unseren Vertriebspartnern und Definition entsprechender Guidelines. Umsetzung von Projekten zur Verbesserung unserer internen Abläufe und der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, einschließlich der Förderung ihrer Automatisierung und Digitalisierung Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Sales-, Marketing- und T&C Controlling

Skills and Qualifications

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus auf Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance / Sales & Marketing Controlling oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bzw. Business Development, -Controlling oder Vertriebssteuerung. Ausgezeichnetes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Controlling und im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen Fähigkeit zur Definition, Steuerung und erfolgreichen Durchführung von komplexen Projekten. Die Fähigkeit, strategische und bereichsübergreifende Fragestellungen schnell zu verstehen und für Entscheidungsträger aufzuarbeiten. Starke Kenntnisse im kommerziellen Umfeld der Consumer Electronics Branche Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen (insbesondere MS Excel, PowerPoint) Fließende Deutsch sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift), koreanische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis der Produktpalette des zugeordneten Produktbereichs Gleichermaßen hervorragende Fähigkeiten in Analyse und Zahlenverständnis
