WE ARE INNOPAY , a consultancy firm part of Oliver Wyman and specialised in digital transactions since . With our roots in payment innovation (e.g. co-creating iDEAL), we have gone from strength to strength into the domains of digital identity and data sharing. Today, our services cover the entire strategic, product development and operational spectrum of our clients’ business. We work with them on their (new) business models, the technology they deploy, and the way they respond to local and international regulations. From our offices in Amsterdam and Frankfurt, together with Oliver Wyman, we serve organisations all over the world and shape their most transformative moments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER  that ticks the following boxes:

Evidence of all-round personal development: excellent academic performance combined with e.g. international exchange programmes, internships, professional extra-curricular activities, etc;

8+ years of work experience at a top tier consultancy firm in the domain of digital strategy development and/or execution;

Profound experience and in-depth knowledge of – as well as a strong interest in – one or more of the following topics: Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy and data exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, regulatory issues in data and payments (e.g. PSD2, GDPR);

Proven leadership skills through the management of (project) teams;

Proven track record in shaping, selling and managing consulting projects, preferably in the domain of digital payments, digital identity, data sharing, and open banking / finance;

Commercially savvy with a relevant network in the DACH region, preferably consulting sales experience and an intrinsic motivation to further develop in this area to accelerate our growth in the DACH region;

Genuine interest in exploring digitalisation topics in depth and keen to continuously challenge yourself and others;

Flexibility and willingness to travel;

Fluency in German and English is a must.

AS  A SENIOR MANAGER  you advise our clients on topics related to their digital strategy and transformation. In this dynamic and open environment, trust is the primary condition. As a trusted advisor, you and your team of 2-5 consultants from different professional backgrounds, support our (international) clients with sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice, enabling them to co-create new strategies, services and products. You translate complex commercial, operational and technical information into concrete advice, roadmaps and specifications. Besides your project and sales target responsibilities, you are consistently growing your own client network and develop commercial proposals for potential clients, build new propositions in our core knowledge domains and you coach junior colleagues to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. ​
