Für unsere DACH-Vertriebsorganisation suchen wir Dich, einen erfahrenen Manager (m/w/d), der mit seinem Team für unser Software-Portfolio im CAx Umfeld Marktpotentiale im DACH-Markt identifiziert und hebt. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt dabei auf der Effizienzsteigerung im Produktentwicklungsprozess durch die Kombination von Simulation (CAE, CFD, Systemsimulation) und Konstruktion (CAD) sowie das Herausarbeiten und Heben von Synergien mit weiteren Siemens Xcelerator Lösungen.

Hierzu gehören für Dich und Dein Team neben der Identifikation marktrelevanter, neuer Themen und Trends insbesondere die Herausarbeitung des generellen Kundennutzens, die Identifikation geeigneter Zielkunden, deren Ansprache sowie zusammen mit den Kunden die individuelle Bewertung des Mehrwerts, den der Einsatz unserer Lösungen für den Kunden bietet.

Dies erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Presales sowie unter Einbindung des Produktmanagements.


Durch unser hybrides Arbeitsmodell kannst Du flexibel von zu Hause, unterwegs oder an einem unserer 18 Standorte innerhalb Deutschlands arbeiten. Außerdem kannst du zwischen einem Dienstwagen und der Bahncard 100 wählen.



Welche Rolle wirst du spielen?

  • Koordination des Marktangangs für das verantwortete Portfolio in DACH
  • Sicherstellung der jährlichen Zielerreichung (z.B. Auftragseingang) für das verantwortete Portfolio und Team
  • Führung und Coaching eines Teams von Portfolio Development Executives, die alle technisch exzellent ausgebildete und vertrieblich erfahrene Fachleute in den Bereichen MKS, FEM, CFD, Systemsimulation oder auch CAD sind
  • Planung und Positionierung des verantworteten Portfoliobereichs im Rahmen der ganzheitlichen Siemens Xcelerator Vertriebsstrategie in DACH
  • Jahresplanung und strategische Vorausplanung für das Portfolio sowie Abstimmung der sich hieraus ergebenden Portfolioerfordernisse mit dem Produktmanagement

Wie wirst Du Teil unseres Teams? Mit viel Leidenschaft, Mut und unternehmerischem Denken

  • Technisches Studium des Maschinenbaus, Automobiltechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in disziplinarer und fachlicher Personalführung
  • Langjährige Berufs- und Managementerfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb von Industrie-Software, Business Development, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in einem oder mehreren der Felder rund um CAx
  • Kenntnisse des Siemens Xcelerator Portfolios
  • Kenntnisse der Geschäftsmodelle, Anforderungen und Arbeitsweisen in diversen Ziel-Industrien
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 3 Tage die Woche) sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
