The Job
What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Travel Sales Advisor:
- Active sales advice via telephone regarding the selection of hotels with the aim of successful hotel reservations
- Create appropriate offers based on the traveler's wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking
- Receive complaints and actively deal with them accordingly
- Professional management of booking changes, as well as any other customer concerns
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
