Ihre Aufgaben
Übergeordnete Verantwortung für den Produktionsablauf und Sicherstellung der störungsfreien Arbeitsabläufe Organisation und Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen und fachgerechten Durchführung aller Instandhaltungsarbeiten unter Anwendung der vorgegeben Verfahren und Einhaltung der relevanten Vorgaben Planung der Schichten und Einsätze der Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung der Befähigungen/Berechtigungen Priorisierung und Planung der Instandhaltungsarbeiten nach wirtschaftlichen und sonstigen Aspekten Planung von Qualifizierungs-, Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zur Aufrechterhaltung der Befähigungen / Berechtigungen Gewährleistung der Materialverfügbarkeit und rechtzeitigen Beschaffung der Komponenten für die Durchführung der Arbeiten innerhalb der vorgegeben TAT Vorhalten der vorgegebenen Reparaturdokumentation und Überwachung der Anwendung Sicherstellen der termingerechten und aussagekräftigen Dokumentation der Inspektionen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten – Tear Down Report, Maintenance Record, etc. Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung und Aufbewahrung der Werkzeuge, Materialien und technischen Anlagen Kontinuierliche Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen QM, Logistik und Vertrieb Reporting/Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
Ihr Profil
Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Instandhaltungsmanagement von Flugzeugbauteilen Fundierte Kenntnisse der Reparaturverfahren für Composite / Metall Komponenten Kenntnisse der EASA / FAA Part 145 Regelwerke und der einschlägigen Luftfahrtnormen Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
