Ihre Aufgaben
Eigenständige Entwicklung und fachliche Führung des Smart Services Bereiches innerhalb des In-Center Verticals Ausarbeitung der Smart Services Roadmap, in enger Abstimmung mit der übergeordneten Services-Strategie im Value-Stream Kontinuierliche Sicherstellung: Beitrag zu übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen (Umsatz- und Kostentreiber) Planung, Verantwortung, Überprüfung und Anpassung des Produktbudgets im Rahmen der Projektarbeit Kommunikation und Abstimmung von Budgetplanungen an/mit entsprechendem relevantem internem Partner Strategisches Produktmanagement und Operationalisierung/Kommerzialisierung von datengetriebenen Dienstleistungen Business Development Aktivitäten: Konsolidierung neuer Serviceideen, -varianten und -verbesserungen Begleitung des jeweiligen Kooperationspartners bei entsprechenden Entwicklungsprozessen (bspw. Product Owner) Begleitung und Umsetzung des anzuwendenden Produkt Life Cycle Management Prozesses in Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Kooperationspartnern Planung, Durchführung und Betreuung der Validierungen von Systemen bzw. Smart Services Planung, Unterstützung, Betreuung und Bewertung von (Pilot)-Projekten oder sonstigen Projekten aus dem jeweiligen VerantwortungsbereichIhre Qualifikation
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium in Natur-, Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im (strategischen) Produktmanagement oder Marketing (idealerweise für Dienstleistungen) oder vergleichbare Funktion Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement & Erstellung/Berechnung von Business Cases Gute Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement und in der Vermarktung/Kommerzialisierung von Dienstleistungen Kenntnisse in dem Bereich Medizintechnik von Vorteil Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit – auch im internationalen Umfeld Starkes analytisches Verständnis, unternehmerisches Denken und Zahlenaffinität Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Career with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
