Werde ein Teil von DAYONE. Als Principal Strategy & Business Building steuerst du eigenverantwortlich Projekte, bei denen Teammitglieder verschiedener Disziplinen (u.a. UX Design & UI Design, Product Management, Strategic Design, Org Design) mitarbeiten. Darüber hinaus ist es dein Auftrag unseren Portfoliobereich “Strategie” auszubauen und inhaltlich weiterzuentwickeln. Deine Fähigkeiten & Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Consulting, Strategy und digitale Produktentwicklung kommen dabei voll zum Einsatz. Deine Expertise und deine strategische Vision machen dich und DAYONE bei unseren Kunden unverzichtbar.

Aufgaben

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

Du berätst unsere Kunden und begeisterst sie mit innovativen Ideen und Konzepten, die sie dazu bewegen, mit uns gemeinsam die Herausforderungen der Digitalen Transformation anzugehen

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Projekte in den Bereichen Strategie und digitaler Produktentwicklung und wirst dabei von Expert:innen aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen (z.B. UX, UI, Strategic Design, Product Management, Org Design) unterstützt
  • Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden betreust du die Entwicklung relevanter Projekte, moderierst Workshops und pflegst den Kontakt auf allen Hierarchieebenen (bis zum C-Level)
  • Du spielst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios und baust unseren Portfoliobereich “Strategie” weiter aus
  • Du weißt, was am Markt gerade passiert, was unsere Kunden umtreibt und welche Trends sich abzeichnen – und leitest daraus überzeugende Angebote für unsere Kunden ab
  • Du setzt klare KPIs und Meilensteine zur Erfolgsmessung deiner Projekte
Qualifikation

Deine Qualifikationen

Du konntest deine Erfahrung in den Bereichen Strategieentwicklung, Product Development, Business Development oder Business Building bereits mehrfach erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen - und hast 7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Beratungs-/Agenturumfeld oder in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen

  • Du besitzt eine sympathische Neugierde und löst leidenschaftlich gerne die großen und kleinen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden
  • Du bist analytisch stark und kannst Punkte schnell miteinander verbinden und strategische Ableitungen daraus ziehen
  • Du bringst umfassende Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen mit und hast Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung der Projektteams
  • Du bist eine selbstreflektierte Führungspersönlichkeit, handelst auch in stressigeren Zeiten mutig, zuverlässig und ausgeglichen – und siehst auch in herausfordernden Situationen die positive Seite
  • Du besitzt eine hohe intrinsische Motivation dich stetig zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du siehst dich als Mentor:in und Sparringspartner:in auf Augenhöhe und hast Lust darauf dein Wissen mit dem Team zu teilen
  • Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und vereinst Innovationsgeist mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten – und erklärst komplexe Themen einfach & verständlich, um interne und externe Stakeholder:innen zu überzeugen
  • Du bist dir deiner eigene mentalen und physischen Grenzen bewusst und weißt, wann es an der Zeit ist, die eigenen Akkus wieder aufzuladen
