Das erwartet Sie:
  • Sie übernehmen die Integration der Lohn­abrechnung von einem externen Dienst­leister und verantworten die Lohn­abrechnung aller Mitarbeitenden in Deutschland an drei Produktions­stand­orten mit insgesamt etwa Mit­arbeitenden sowie Rentnern.
  • Sie bereiten lohn- und gehalts­abrechnungs­relevante Arbeiten in SAP SuccessFactors EC-Payroll vor und führen diese unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden steuer- und sozial­versicherungs­rechtlichen Bestimmungen durch.
  • Sie beraten unsere Mitarbeitenden zu allen abrechnungs­relevanten Frage­stellungen, wie betriebliche Alters­versorgung, Alters­teilzeit sowie Lohn­arten­zuschläge und betreuen die Abwicklung der betrieblichen Alters­vorsorge.
  • Sie sind der Ansprechpartner für alle abrechnungs­relevanten Fragen für Mitarbeitende, Kranken­kassen und Ämter sowie für das Melde- und Bescheinigungs­wesen.
  • Sie erstellen Lohnauswertungen und Statistiken, um unser Personal­management kontinuierlich zu unter­stützen und zu verbessern.
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuer- oder Sozial­versicherungs­fach­angestellten oder zum Industrie­kaufmann/ frau mit nachweis­baren Weiter­qualifizierungen in der Entgelt­abrechnung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxis­erfahrung und umfassende Kenntnisse in der Entgelt­abrechnung, im Lohn­steuer- und Sozial­versicherungs­recht sowie MuSchG und BEEG
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors EC-Payroll sind wünschens­wert, Kenntnisse in SAP HCM als auch der versierte Umgang mit MS Office sind Grund­voraussetzung
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, ein kommunikatives Auftreten, Team­fähigkeit sowie Affinität zu Zahlen und zum strukturierten Arbeiten
  • Serviceorientierung, absolute Diskretion und Loyalität sowie eine selbst­ständige und eigen­verantwortliche Arbeits­weise runden das eigene Profil ab
