About Us:
Excelitas Noblelight GmbH is a global leader in specialty light sources and systems, harnessing light across the UV to IR spectrum for diverse applications in industry, science, environmental protection, and health.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Controller to act as a Finance Business Partner for our Advanced Lighting Systems division. This role is pivotal in supporting the CFO with innovative ideas, projects, and analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the division.
2. Financial Analysis: Conduct independent profitability and earnings analyses, as well as ad-hoc evaluations to support decision-making.
3. Global Financial Management: Oversee the division's financial processes, ensuring alignment with corporate headquarters' specifications, including budgeting and forecasting.
4. Process Optimization: Innovate and implement controlling tools and processes to enhance financial management efficiency.
5. Reporting Improvement: Design and refine global reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and clarity in financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling within an industrial context or management consulting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex business data and formulate effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- High proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office, SAP FI/CO, and Business Objects.
