Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Controller to support our Advanced Lighting Systems division. This role is pivotal in enhancing our financial strategies and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to CFO: Collaborate with the CFO by providing insights, project management, and analytical support for the Advanced Lighting Systems Division.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct independent profitability and earnings analyses, assisting the international Finance Business Partner team across product lines.
- Global Financial Management: Oversee the division's financial processes, ensuring alignment with corporate directives from headquarters, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement innovative controlling tools and methodologies to enhance financial management.
- Reporting Enhancement: Design and refine global reporting frameworks to ensure financial transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial controlling within an industrial context or management consulting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting complex data and formulating effective business strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- High proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office, SAP FI/CO, and Business Objects.
