Deine Aufgaben- Du bist verantwortlich für die fortlaufende Analyse des Marktes, Identifizierung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten sowie deren gezielte Ansprache
- Du stehst im stetigen Kontakt zu Transaktionsberatern sowie Eigentümern und baust Dir ein Netzwerk auf
- Zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich gehört die Bewertung sowie Analyse von Unternehmen
- Durchführen von Commercial Due Diligences, Anfertigen von CDD Berichten und Vorbereiten der Unterlagen für das Investment Komitee
- Die Führung des kompletten Transaktionsprozesses (Due Diligence, Vertragsverhandlung, Signing, Closing, Post-Closing) liegt in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung der externen Partner und Dienstleister
- Unterstützung bei der Einbindung von Fremdfinanzierungspartnern von der Projektaufbereitung bis zur Auszahlung
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Unternehmensbewertung /-analyse bzw. Accounting & Finance oder eine anderweitig passende Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Strukturierung von Due Diligence Prozessen, im Investment Banking, bei einer Prüfungsgesellschaft, in der Unternehmens- und/oder Projektfinanzierung sind wünschenswert
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch und strukturiert
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative und bist interessiert an Herausforderungen sowie abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
- Proaktives Handeln, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerische Denkweise zeichnen Dich aus
- Deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten kannst Du in deutscher sowie englischer Sprache einsetzen
