Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Advisor for our store in Cologne, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. 

Key responsibilities:

  • To always put our customers first You work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store while always supporting your team. 
  • Keep updated and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers.  
  • Processing our customer transactions at the cash desk. 
  • Receiving and processing our deliveries. 
  • Helping to prepare our Season Sales and regular seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.  
  • Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fashion, quality, and sustainability, and takes ownership of their responsibilities to drive sales.  
  • We also value reliability, flexibility, and availability on peak customer days, such as Fridays and weekends. 
  • Good English and local language skills.

Additional Information

This is a part-time flex position offering 20-30 hours a week, starting as soon as possible 2024.
