Die Abteilung Finance treibt AstraZenecas Ambitionen voran, indem sie die strategischen Prioritäten richtig setzen. Sie sind Teil des lokalen FP&A-Teams und arbeiten eng mit den Commercial Finance Business Partnern, den Controlling-Teams, dem GFS-Team und anderen globalen Teams zusammen. Sie werden die täglichen FP&A-Aktivitäten der AZ Commercial Organisation durchführen, die Monatsabschlüsse, Berichte, Analysen, Planungs- und Prognoseaktivitäten umfassen.

Verantwortlich für die Kostenberichterstattung des Unternehmens, einschließlich geteilter Kosten

Verantwortlich für den Monatsabschluss, z. B. für die Bereitstellung zuverlässiger, qualitativ hochwertiger Finanzinformationen zum Monatsende für die Geschäftsteams.

Finance Business Partnering für die Budgetverantwortlichen für geteilte Kosten, Bereitstellung von Einblicken, transparenter Berichterstattung und Unterstützung in den Budgetzyklen

Interpretation von Finanzdaten, um qualitativ hochwertige Abweichungsanalysen und aufschlussreiche Kommentare für die Managementberichterstattung zeitnah und genau zu liefern.

Proaktive Interaktion mit allen Stakeholdern, um bei der Aktualisierung von Kosten- und VZÄ-Prognosen Inputs, Herausforderungen und Ergebnisse zu liefern.

Zusammenarbeit mit Finance Business Partners zur Ermittlung und Hervorhebung von Risiken und Chancen während des gesamten Prognoseprozesses und Erstellung aufschlussreicher Analysen für die Einbeziehung in zentrale Planungspräsentationen.

Beitrag zu Geschäftsentscheidungen durch Bereitstellung von Finanzfachwissen und aufschlussreichen Analysen zu allen Ad-hoc-Anfragen und Unterstützung bei laufenden Projekten.

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Corporate-Governance-Standards und Übernahme der Verantwortung für die wirksame Durchführung der einschlägigen Kontrollen für die Finanzberichterstattung.

Kontinuierliche Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur Standardisierung und Vereinfachung im gesamten Prozessbereich

Sie sollten über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Finanzwesen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation verfügen und mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen/Controlling/FP&A mitbringen.

Sie beherrschen die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift und sind in der Lage, klare Meinungen zu äußern und Finanzfragen dem nicht-finanziellen Management zu erklären.

Fähigkeit, gut in und zwischen verschiedenen internationalen Teams zu arbeiten.

Grenzüberschreitende Erfahrung, einschließlich des Aufbaus von Beziehungen aus der Ferne und kulturübergreifend.
