Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to be a finance professional providing accurate and insightful financial and management information and to maintain an effective control environment within Global Trade operations.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of the respective gross margin reports with the collaboration of business partners Perform, review and analyze the monthly mark-to-market evaluation of commodities Capability to understand and apply to US GAAP accounting standards and ADM policies, by completing monthly account work related to fair value measurement (ASC820 / FAS157), inventory valuation (LOCOM / MTM), foreign currency, and intercompany reconciliations Perform consolidated financial reporting packages including PnL and Balance Sheet on entity level Complete annual review/revision of Key Financial Controls and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls Work with relevant business partners to provide insight and analysis into financial results Liaise with audit teams – both internal and external to ensure successful and timely completion of audit reviews Drive continuous improvement through collaboration of thought, innovative ideas, and proactive behavior Requirements: 2+ years of experience in audit, GL, AP, AR accounting or logistic or trade Master/Bachelor Degree in Economy or similar Experience in ERP system Prior experience in data analytics is nice to have Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting and analysis processes Advanced communication skills is required Proficient in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) would be an asset Experience with Power BI is a plus Fast thinker, smart person, focus on details, work outside structure; Offer Competitive salary & benefits including private medical care and Multisport Office available for people with physical disabilities Contract in stable, international company for the 12th time awarded as one of the best employer by magazine Fortune A great opportunity to grow and develop in a team of professionals Stable work and career opportunities in different areas and locations of the market leading company Work in great localization in an A class office building (Business Garden) Flexible work start times Language courses paid for by the employer Financial support in obtaining the ACCA or CIMA certificate; ADM has the status "ACCA approved employer" (Platinum Level) and „CIMA approved employer”
