Was du bei uns bewegen kannst:
Identifikation, Akquise und Entwicklung von potenziellen B2B Partnern mit dem Ziel, langfristige und solide Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen Übernahme von Projekten im Bereich Sales / Business Development Ansprechperson für unsere Kund*innen und damit aktiver Beitrag zum Erfolg des Teams Durchführung von Markt- und Trendanalysen sowie proaktive Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells Vorbereitung von Pitches und Präsentationsunterlagen Repräsentation von PAIR Finance auf Messen und Veranstaltungen Ständiger Informationsaustausch mit dem Management-Team
Was du dafür mitbringen solltest:
erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich B2B Sales oder Business Development, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Forderungsmanagement, Banking, Factoring oder Payment Services. Interesse an neuen Technologien wie z.B. KI und sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse. fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
