Deine Aufgaben als Program Manager Strategic Development (w/m/d)

Du bist zuständig für die dauerhafte Planung und Überwachung des Team-Staffings und -KnowHows gegenüber dem aktuellen und zukünftigen Bedarf. Du entwickelst aktiv die organisationsübergreifende Entwicklungsmethodik auf Basis von agilen und DevOps Prinzipien weiter. Darüber hinaus koordinierst du die Produktivsetzung neuer Services, Erweiterungen und Verbesserungen. Du bist zuständig für das Partner Management und die Weiterentwicklung unserer strategischen Software-Entwicklungspartner in Deutschland und dem europäischen Ausland. Auch das Vertragsmanagement sowie die Ausarbeitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Make-or-Buy Entscheidungen ist Teil deiner Aufgabe.

Das bringst du als Program Manager Strategic Development (w/m/d) mit

Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Erfahrung mit agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozessen, Erfahrungen mit SAFe und/oder DevOps-Methoden sind von Vorteil Praktische Erfahrung und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams Mind. 3 jährige Berufserfahrung Kommunikationsstärke Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift We LOVE TO LEAD Bei uns definiert Leadership nicht nur Positionen, sondern ist eine gemeinsame Haltung, die jede Person einbezieht. Infos zum Kennenlernprozess

Wir möchten dich gerne umfänglich kennenlernen und deswegen finden 2 bis 3 Kennenlern-Gespräche mit deinen zukünftigen Kolleg*innen statt. Für diese Gespräche nutzen wir Telefon- und Videokonferenzen und können so einen zügigen Ablauf gewährleisten.
