We are developing digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units and accelerating innovation that delivers a future value for our customers and our company.
Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs.
We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.
Join us as a Program Manager as part of a ZEISS-wide board-sponsored strategic program to shape the digital transformation at ZEISS.
Your roleLead strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation programs that determine the success of our digital ecosystemsIdentify, structure, and implement measures for ZEISS to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experienceManage large, cross-functional project teams in an agile set-up and collaborate with our Design, Data Analytics and Cloud Engineering colleagues at ZEISS Digital PartnersAct as a thought leader and trusted advisor on digital transformation at ZEISSPartner with ZEISS Business units and central functions (e.g., Sales, Service or Digital Solution Operation Teams) to enable their digital transformationManage diverse senior stakeholder groups across the ZEISS groupYour ProfileExcellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business5+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation projects in a B2B industryTrack record of successfully leading large projects or programs using agile methodologyStrong drive to impactSound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformationVery strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgroundsBusiness fluent German and English language skillsWe offerMunich based permanent job with 40-60% hybrid work optionGreat colleagues and a lead to support your professional development from day oneModern technology stack - with room for you to try things out in a high-tech groupSimilar Jobs (5)-
