(Senior) Sales Performance Analyst

We are seeking a (Senior) Sales Performance Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Chief of Staff. This role focuses on supporting sales forecasts, preparing QBRs, and creating templates, driving long-term sales excellence through strategic planning and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of sales forecasts and QBRs Create templates and tools to streamline sales processes Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion Conduct performance analysis and generate insights to guide strategic decisions Work closely with the Sales Operations Analyst to align sales processes with strategic goals Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated sales and marketing initiatives Provide strategic input for the development of training programs and sales enablement materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field Relevant work experience: 2-3 years, with a preference for software industry experience Proven experience in sales strategy and planning roles Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience working with CRM and sales tools (SAP Sales Cloud experience is a plus)
