Wir suchen eine motivierte, organisierte und flexible Person für die Position als Client Architect Workspace (m/w/d) in unserem IT Service Team. Was du bewirkst- Verwaltung einer Windows-Flotte von mehr als 8000 Geräten weltweit
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation sowie bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme über Microsoft Autopilot / Intune
- Paketierung und Verteilung von Softwarepaketen in der Intune-Umgebung
- 2nd-Level-Support sowie Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Services und Prozessen
- Skalierung von IT Systemen zur Kostensenkung oder Lastenmanagement
- Unterstützung im Serviceprozess insbesondere im Bereich von Prävention von Kunden Impact sowie der Störungsanalyse
Du arbeitest gerne in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team, bist lösungs- und serviceorientiert und kannst mit neuen, komplexen Themen und Technologien umgehen. Um sicherzustellen, dass du in deinem Job auch erfolgreich bist, suchen wir zudem nach:
- Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung, Studium oder ähnliches
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Anwendungsunterstützung und Programmierung (vorzugsweise PowerShell oder andere Skriptsprachen)
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Windows-Administration
- Gutes Verständnis von Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozessen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Autopilot / Intune
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
