Job Title: Client Architect Workplace

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our IT Service team as a Client Architect Workplace. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our organization, where you will be responsible for managing our Windows fleet of over 8000 devices worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our Windows fleet, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Support our customers in their digital transformation journey, providing expert guidance and assistance.
  • Collaborate with our team to commission new systems via Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Packaging and distribution of software packages in the Intune environment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide 2nd Level Support, resolving complex technical issues and escalating as necessary.
  • Automate and further develop services and processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Scale our IT systems to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Completed IT training or degree, with a strong understanding of Windows administration and scripting languages (preferably PowerShell).
  • Proven experience in application support and programming languages, with a good understanding of business and production processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good written and spoken English.
  • Experience in Microsoft Autopilot / Intune is highly desirable.
