We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our IT Service team as a Client Architect Workplace. This role offers a unique opportunity to create an impact by managing a Windows fleet of over 8000 devices worldwide and supporting our customers in their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a large-scale Windows fleet, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Support customers in their digital transformation journey, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to commission new systems via Microsoft Autopilot / Intune, ensuring smooth integration and minimal downtime.
  • Packaging and distribution of software packages in the Intune environment, ensuring efficient and secure deployment.
  • Provide 2nd Level Support, resolving complex technical issues and automating processes to improve efficiency.
  • Scale IT systems to reduce costs and optimize performance, ensuring the best possible user experience.
  • Support service processes, focusing on customer impact prevention and problem analysis.
Requirements
  • Completed IT training or degree, with a strong foundation in Windows administration and scripting languages (Powershell or other).
  • Proven experience in application support and programming, with a focus on Microsoft Autopilot / Intune.
  • Good knowledge of business and production processes, with a strong understanding of the IT service landscape.
  • Very good knowledge of German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
