Dein Job: 

  • In dieser Schlüsselrolle agierst du maßgeblich als Projektmanager und Coach für die Bereiche Umweltschutz, Gesundheit und Arbeitssicherheit. Du unterstützt die Umsetzung der Philips-Politik für Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit und berätst Führungskräfte im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety.

  • Du arbeitest in dieser Rolle eng zusammen mit der globalen Health & Saftety und Sustainability Organisation, den lokalen Experten, Fachkräften, Sicherheitsbeauftragen und unserer Arbeitsmediziner/Arbeitsmedizinischen Dienst, um deren Expertise auch in die Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich Environment-, Health & Safety (EHS) einfließen zu lassen

  • Insbesondere im Bereich Health & Safety bietet Dir diese Rolle die Chance viel unterwegs zu sein – denn Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte im Rahmen von Begehungen dabei, auf ein sicherheitsgerechtes Verhalten, und die Einhaltung der staatlichen und berufsgenossenschaftlichen Vorschriften im Arbeitsalltag hinzuwirken.

  • Du führst Projekte durch, um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Umweltberichterstattung zu unterstützen ( im Zusammenhang mit Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichten, Energieeffizienz, CO2 Footprint)

  • Du unterstützt die Organisation bei der Einhaltung von Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Der Job passt zu dir, wenn:

  • Du Deinen Bachelor oder Master-Abschluss als Umwelt- oder Wirtschafts-Ingenieur oder ähnlich abgeschlossen hast und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich mitbringst.

  • Du idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit hast oder den festen Willen hast, diese zu absolvieren und Du bereit bist, Dich als Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa) bestellen zu lassen.

  • Du die Fähigkeit zum agilen Arbeiten besitzt, prozessorientiert denkst und strukturiert arbeitest.

  • Gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit zur kompetenten Beratung zeichnen dich aus.

  • Du komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich präsentieren kannst.

  • Du andere begeistern kannst und gerne im Team arbeitest.
