Unternehmen arbeiten mit Arvana zusammen, da wir tiefe Erfahrung in komplexen B2B-Themen haben und verstehen, wie deren Zielgruppe agiert. Wir bauen nicht nur Kampagnen in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads und LinkedIn Ads, sondern entwickeln auch maßgeschneiderte Lead Funnels und strategische Lösungen, die über herkömmliche SEA- und Social-Ads-Agenturen hinausgehen. Unser Ansatz ist es, in verschiedene Kanäle einzutauchen, das größte Potenzial zu identifizieren und dieses konsequent über die gesamte Lead-Journey hinweg zu optimieren.

Als Performance Marketing Manager - Fokus Google Ads (m/w/d) arbeitest du dich in verschiedenste Kontostrukturen ein, entwickelst einen Strategiefahrplan und setzt diesen in Google Ads und Microsoft Ads um. Dabei trägst du die volle Budgetverantwortung und triffst als Experten:in die Entscheidung.

Aufgaben
  • Du führst tiefgreifende Analysen von Bestandskonten durch, findest Potenziale und planst eine strategische Herangehensweise
  • Du planst Kampagnenstrukturen von Scratch und baust diese in Google Ads und Microsoft Ads auf
  • Du betreust langfristig Kundenaccounts und bist für deren Entwicklung verantwortlich
  • Du kommunizierst beim Aufbau neuer Accounts mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine Kund:innen und begleitest sie durch die Zusammenarbeit
  • Du erkennst Potenziale und erarbeitest proaktiv Lösungen, um unsere Kund:innen weiterzuentwickeln
Qualifikation
  • Du bringst erste Arbeitserfahrung in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld mit, wie z.B. Agentur oder Startup
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center und weiteren im SEA Kontext relevanten Tools
  • Du hast eine analytische, proaktive und sehr lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit weiteren Performance Marketing Kanäle (Meta + LinkedIn) sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Spaß und Engagement bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten
  • Neugierde und Innovationskraft
