Restaurant Manager

WEN CHENG is looking for a skilled and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing revenue generation, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among the staff.
- Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses, taking proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on providing a memorable dining experience.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften durch regelmäßige Inspektionen und zeitnahe Behebung von Mängeln.
- Interaktion mit Kunden, Sicherstellung ihrer Zufriedenheit, Bearbeitung von Anliegen und Lösung von Problemen in einer zeitnahen und höflichen Art und Weise.
Anforderungen:
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Restaurantleiter oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie.
- Gute Kenntnisse des Restaurantbetriebs, einschließlich Front-of-House-, Back-of-House- und Küchenmanagement.
- Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, ein vielfältiges Team zu motivieren und zu inspirieren.
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit dem Kunden, mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Bereitstellung eines unvergesslichen Essenserlebnisses.
