Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of Wen Cheng restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Manage staff and ensure adequate coverage, while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Promote a positive and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses, taking proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations through regular inspections and prompt rectification of defects.
- Interact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
