Role Overview

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Berlin restaurants. This challenging position demands a responsible and committed individual who is eager to take their management career to the next level.

You will be entrusted with ensuring guest satisfaction and enhancing it through your dedication. By recognizing the strengths of your team and promoting them, you will foster a culture of excellence within your unit.

You will serve as an interface between our head office and employees, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration. In close consultation with your store manager, you will ensure that your store maintains the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality, adhering to our rigorous guidelines at all times.


Key Responsibilities
  • Initial experience in a similar role, preferably in system catering, is highly desirable.
  • The ability to motivate and convince others is essential for success in this position.
  • A strong team spirit and high degree of service orientation are vital for delivering exceptional results.
  • A positive charisma and friendly demeanor are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A high level of responsibility and reliability is expected, as you will be accountable for maintaining our high standards.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, while proficiency in German is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
