An unserem Produktionsstandort in Karlsruhe suchen wir ab sofort Internal Control Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Als Internal Control Manager (m/w/d) ist es Ihre Mission, die Effektivität und Effizienz der internen Kontrollsysteme bei L'Oréal sicherzustellen. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Risiken zu identifizieren, zu bewerten und zu überwachen, um die Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, gesetzlichen Vorschriften und spezifischen Standards zu gewährleisten.
Ihre Aufgaben
Überwachung von Prozessen und Kontrollmechanismen im Rahmen der Vorgaben der Geschäftsführung mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung der Prozesseffizienz und eines effizienten Risikocontrollings Eigenverantwortliche interne Prüfungen in Übereinstimmungen mit Prüfungszielen und Prüfungsmethoden Erstellung von Prüfungsberichten und Umsetzung von Aktionsplänen im Falle der Nichteinhaltung von Prozessen Identifizierte Schwachstellen und bewerten Risiken in den Prozessen Regelmäßige Kontrolle und Bewertung der Einhaltung von Richtlinien und Gesetze Projekte zur Verbesserung der internen Kontrollen und Einrichtung von "Legal Compliance" Steigerung des Bewusstseins der Manager für die Internal Control Grundlagen Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Schulungen für Führungskräfte bezüglich der Grundsätze der "Internal Control"Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Master, Diplom oder Bachelor), mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen o.ä. Mind. Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finance/Controlling/Legal Compliance, idealerweise Erfahrung mit internen oder externen Audits Sie zeichnet eine analytische, vorausschauende sowie strategische Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus Sehr gute Kenntnisse der wichtigen IT-Systeme (SAP, MS Office etc.) Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Verantwortungsübernahme Kommunikations- und Motivationsstärke Sie setzen Prioritäten; auch bei parallel zu bearbeitenden Themen arbeiten Sie ergebnisorientiert und konzentrieren sich auf das Wesentliche und sind darüber hinaus sehr gut organisiert und agieren vorausschauend Engagement und VerantwortungsbewusstseinUnser Angebot
