Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment?

Assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for the RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST) Talent Management and leadership developmentResearch individually suitable training options for RWEST talentsAssist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the RWEST 'Traders Training'Help organising local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations (e.g. UK and Asia)Be the main point of contact for organisational inquiries from trainers, participants, hotels, etcSupport our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operationsYour powerful skills
Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable programHave gained initial experience in the field of people developmentDemonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independenceSolve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team playerHave excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)What we value most is passion, willingness to learn and a determined and resilient work ethic. So, even if you think you do not yet display all of the skills above we would still like to hear from you.
