**Your responsiblities**
- Implementation of the OT Security Strategy in the Generation Germany Division
- Independent support of the sites in the operation of the ISMS within the various divisions of the RWE Group
- Independent planning, implementation and follow-up of all activities involved in the implementation and operation of an ISMS (risk analyses, ISMS audits, selection and monitoring of measures, effectiveness checks, etc.)
- Risk identification, analysis and derived from this, the creation of security concepts
- Development and implementation of economical technical solutions for the ongoing assessment of the OT security situation
- Coordination of the handling of OT security incidents
- Contribute to the definition of the strategy and tactics for the detection and defence against OT attacks
- Development, evaluation and continuous adaptation of best practice solutions and regulations in the field of ISMS (definition of procedures, standards, concepts, etc.)
- Maintain an exchange with the business and the experts in the OT Security Team
- Identify and assess relevant attack, technology and market trends
- Communication to management and other relevant organisational units
- Knowledge of data protection

**Your profile**
- Completed university or technical college studies in computer science, mathematics or natural sciences or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in in the field of IT security management or consulting and OT security management or consulting
- Experience in planning and leading projects
- High professional competence as the basis for a convincing and confident appearance
- Above-average commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Analytical, creative thinking
- Very good linguistic expression
- Business fluent in English and German
- High empathy and assertiveness
- Clear team orientation and high integrity
- Willingness to travel
