Job Description

As a Manager - Sales, you’ll be responsible and instrumental in managing our revenue growth for the Enterprise business of Top Tier customers in the DACH region. You will manage all aspects of the sales process and develop a Go to Market strategy. This role is quota-carrying with uncapped commission and plays an integral role in our growth plans across the globe. We are in the nurture and build mode, and with this comes a requirement for a growth mindset, can-do attitude and resilience.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Director of the region in scaling the high-growth region and the Leadership Team

Manage sales operations for the Expansion Sales Team in the DACH region

Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams (business development, solution engineering, customer success, etc.) to ensure an aligned and effective overall go-to-market strategy

Develop and Implement local market plans and sales strategies to meet sales goals

Provide ongoing reporting and forecasting for your territory

Be an evangelist for the company's vision and values across the board, including presenting at conferences and events

Lead, manage and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives (“farmers”), being responsible for their performance and growth

Act as a role model and cultural ambassador to ensure a great working environment

Identify, recruit and onboard top talent, continuously providing coaching and best-in-class training and development support for your employees

Use resources effectively, including MRE, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Support, Project Managers and Product Marketing Managers to meet your sales goals

Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products

Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts when required

Qualifications

Qualifications

You have experience in building and leading a sales team within a SaaS environment 

You are able to develop and execute a Top Tier Vision and Going to market Strategy

You have a strong experience in working with Enterprise Customers

You understand and drive the strategic development of the existing customer base 

You understand to collaborate, leverage and develop the partner ecosystem to increase and accelerate sales footprint in the marketplace

You speak fluent German and English (business professional)

You are an inspiring leader You have a desire to develop and lead your teams by example

You and your team consistently achieve and overachieve sales goals and targets

You are an excellent communicator - you know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it

You are willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic
