(Senior) Global Master Data Manager (m/w/d)

DEIN NEUES PAAR SCHUHE:

Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung und Einrichtung eines unternehmensweiten Stammdaten-Frameworks: Stammdaten-Governance, Organisation, Prozesse, Systeme & Tools. Du arbeitest eng mit Business Stakeholdern zusammen, um Stammdatenanforderungen zu koordinieren und zu dokumentieren sowie geeignete End-to-End-Konzepte/Datenmodelle zu erstellen. Du verstehst die geschäftliche Relevanz bestehender und neuer Datenanforderungen und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Implementierung in allen Systemen (z. B. SAP, PIM, PLM Tool) sicher. Du löst betriebliche Probleme durch eine Analyse der Ursachen und implementierst Lösungen auf der Grundlage des Stammdatenrahmens. Du steuerst und erleichterst Lösungen bei Interessenkonflikten zwischen Geschäftsfunktionen (z. B. unklare Definitionen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Verwendung von Attributen usw.). Du definierst Datenstandards und KPIs zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in den entsprechenden Funktionen und Systemen. Du erstellst Datenberichte und führst regelmäßig Stammdatenaudits durch.

DEIN WEG DURCHS LEBEN:

Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder IT-bezogenes Studium und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Stammdatenmanagement aus konzeptioneller Sicht. Know-how in MDM-Tools, SAP (S4 Hana), MS Office und Erfahrung mit Tools zur Datenanalyse, wie Power BI, BW etc. Know-how in Process Mapping Methodik und Tools. Ausgezeichnete Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Leidenschaft für Daten und Zahlen und die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Initiativen zu leiten. Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache, Deutsch ist ein Vorteil. Gelegentliche Bereitschaft zu reisen.
