Das bringst du mit
  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen (Master-) Studiengangs, (BWL, VWL) oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit wirtschaftlichem Bezug
  • Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Bereich Business Development, Strategie oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem Professional Services Unternehmen (Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder Kanzlei)
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Teamplayer-Attitude
  • Hohe Überzeugungskraft, professionelles Auftreten und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Ausgezeichnetes Projekt-, Team- und Zeitmanagement sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Exzellente Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen (inter)nationalen Reisetätigkeit – je nach Bedarf
Deine Aufgaben
  • Gelebte „Client Excellence“: Entwicklung von anspruchsvollen, internationalen Top-Mandanten und Identifikation ihres wirtschaftsrechtlichen Beratungsbedarfes auf Spitzenniveau - gemeinsam mit unseren Anwält:innen
  • Projektmanagement im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Strategieprojekte zur zukunftsgerichteten Transformation unserer Kanzlei
  • Monitoring und Recherche von internationalen Marktentwicklungen, Innovationen und Trends sowie Competitive Benchmarking
  • Strategische Planung, Umsetzung und Controlling von Client Development Maßnahmen, sowie regelmäßiges KPI-Reporting an das Top-Management
  • Unterstützung des Head of Client Development bei der innovativen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs sowie bei weiteren organisatorischen Themen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Anwält:innen sowie zahlreichen Schnittstellen, wie z.B. Business Development, Marketing & Communications, Finance und Events, sowie unseren internationalen Kolleg:innen, insbesondere von Taylor Wessing Großbritannien
