Mechanical Engineer/Construction
We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer/Construction at our HANNOVER (DE01) facility.
Main mission of the role
Der Mechanical Engineer/Construction ist verantwortlichfür Instandhaltung und Wartung unserer Fertigungsanlagen. Er arbeitet eng mitverschiedenen Teams zusammen, um technische Lösungen zu entwickeln undumzusetzen. Sein Ziel ist es, die Effizienz zu steigern, die Qualität derProdukte zu verbessern, die Verfügbarkeit der Fertigungsanlagen sicherzustellenund Kosten zu senken.
Responsibilities
Technischer EinkaufSicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen, sowie Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
- Überprüfung von Beständen mit Hilfe von SAP
- Versorgung der Fertigung mit allen benötigten Gütern
Einholung von Angeboten
Beschaffung von Neu-/ Ersatzteilen
Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
Anlegen von Beschaffungsanträgen
Instandhaltung Verantwortung für
- das Anfordern, Einsatz und Koordination, sowie Unterstützungvon Fremdfirmen bei der Wartung
- und Instandsetzung aller Produktionsanlagen
- Erstellung von Arbeits- und Wartungsplänen in SAP
- Erstellen von Statistiken aus dem SAP-PM Modul
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik (EUP)
- Tagesgeschäft (Störungsannahme und Weiterleitung, QR1)
- Unterstützung des internen Handwerkteams bei der Abarbeitung von Störungen
- Instandsetzung von Flurförderfahrzeugen
- Pflege der technischen Dokumentation
- Beratung bei der Projektierung von Neuanlagen bzw.Anlagenumbauten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Pflichtenheften (Anlagenspezifikationen)
- Verantwortung für umzusetzende Projekte
Konstruktion
- Erstellung von CAD-Zeichnungen für Verschleißteile,Maschinen und Infrastruktur
Process Engineering
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung vonProzessverbesserungen
Main interfaces
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklungsabteilung, Fertigungsleitung, Fertigungsplanung

Education degree: Abgeschlossene, bis zu 4-jährige Regelausbildung an einer Hochschule(z. B. Bachelor mit Abschlussprüfung; Fachhochschuldiplom) oder eine abge-schlossene, mind. 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung und eine zus. be-rufliche Weiterbildung (z. B. staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in oder staatlich ge-prüfte/r Betriebswirt/in) und eine entsprechend langjährige Berufserfahrung
Technical skills: MS Office, SAP, Erfahrung mit CAD Programmen (Solid Works, AutoCAD)
Erfahrung in der Kabelindustrie, insbesondere Extrusion, Schweißen und Um-formen von Kupfer
Werkzeugtechnik und Entwicklung und Optimierung von Werkzeugen
Years of experience: 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
Language skills: Deutsch/Englisch Wort und Schrift
