Electrical Engineer / Automation
We are searching for a Electrical Engineer / Automation at our HANNOVER (DE01) facility.
Main mission of the role
For this role, responsible for RFS plant equipment maintenance work,daily trouble shooting, especially continue automation line, monitoring andmodify PLC program online, he will support production to lead CI project, Hecan work in distinct areas, such as electrical, mechanical or computer engineering.He can develop automation/semi-automation equipment or system to improve theefficiency, build in house or work with supplier to success.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily maintenance of electrical system to insure production running well.Make work instruction for equipment and machine and power system and adjust in time if needed. Install and test electrical system of equipment. Responsible for maintenance PLC and programming and programming updates, strategy for PLC and electronics further development (availability of spare parts) Analyze and summarize the cause of equipment break down and solve problem by PDCA.
Support supervisor to set up and improve preventive maintenance system, to achieve industry department related KPI target. Carry on regular PM plan & TPM & CM in whole production line. Responsible for downtime root causes analysis, finding breakthrough and fix the failure. Lead and complete the project related to equipment improvement, setting new function, program debugging and backup. Support spare parts purchasing and related technical issues solving. To take key roles on coaching technicians for electrical skills and improving their troubleshooting skills also making training courseware and materials as an electrical expert. Assumption of overall responsibility for the electrical installation (production, facility) throughout the entire plant --> VEFK Other works required by hissupervisor.

The Electrical Engineer / Automation interfaces mainly with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, R&D and suppliers.Skills, knowledge and abilities
Bachelor's degree or above on automation or electrical control engineering 5+ yrs. of equipment maintenance of experience, especially in continue automation line Be familiar with Siemens PLC (Step 7 and TIA Portal, Profibus/Profinet) Experience with Siemens S5 is desirable Hands on Siemens PLC S7 300/400 programming & debugging Be familiar with current and frequency converters from various manufacturers Preferred in robot communications and programming Be familiar with Energy supply systems up to 10kV (Switching authorization for 10kV switchgear) Knowledge of relevant regulations in the area of electrical engineering Able to communicate in English fluently Good team player, detail oriented, patient, and able to work under pressure Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP About RFS
