In our team in Sindelfingen, you will be directly involved in the development and testing of the components that play a key role in the design of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz SUV. These exterior components include bumpers, radiator grilles, spoilers and side member trims.
As part of your job, you will have the opportunity to work on new concepts both directly on the vehicle and digitally in the Siemens NX CAD system. Due to the numerous interfaces that need to be taken into account in the development of add-on parts, you will also gain insights into the areas of design, body-in-white, corrosion prevention, pedestrian protection, overall vehicle protection, project organization, etc. and help to coordinate with these specialist areas.

Participating in the design and commissioning of rapid prototyping parts for concept testing and partial construction/modernization of test vehicles Organization of functional testing on vehicles or prototype series parts (e.g. thermal simulation).
