As a **Procurement & Intercompany Specialist** (f/m/d) **you will work within the global Corporate Functions team and collaborate with all our locations. The office location will be **Ludwigsburg** and we offer a flexible mobile working policy. Join our team as soon as possible

**WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to scope potential sourcing projects, align on supplier portfolios and be the contact person for all procurement related topics
- Plan and execute sourcing events; participate in required procurement councils
- Negotiate, structure and manage contracts
- Issue purchase orders and control ongoing contractual relationships
- Support the adherence to business processes and policies, while continuously driving improvement
- Create global procurement processes and assist countries with sourcing events
- Keep current on category market intelligence and supply market trends with a focus on the IT sector (IT Service and SaaS)
- Drive global intercompany management by creating and aligning project specific service agreements for all locations

**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**
- Successfully completed university degree with a business focus (preferable major in finance, procurement or contract management)
- First professional experience in procurement, procurement processes and methodologies; graduates with internship experience are also welcome to apply
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing and communication competencies
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Pragmatic thinker in a highly dynamic environment
- Proficient in S/4HANA
- Fluent in German and English
