- You develop and implement communication campaigns for international, national and local target audiences
- You manage and develop Quest One's communication channels for corporate communications, marketing communications, and internal communications
- You maintain an editorial plan and actively work with team members and other departments on content production for internal and external target audiences
- You create briefings for media events, draft press releases and coordinate press inquiries
- You regularly monitor the development of the channels based on the relevant KPIs and create analyses and reports as well as recommendations for action
- You have a university degree, preferably in the fields of communication, journalism, social sciences or other relevant areas
- You have professional communication experience in a B2B context, project management, journalism or content management
- You have an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
- You have clear communication skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable and target group-orientated way
- You are fluent in English (C1) and German (C2) spoken and written
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office tools and Sharepoint
- You are open for occasional business travel
