Mithilfe einer ganzheitlichen Strategie hebst Du als Community Manager unser bereits erfolgreiches Kundenbindungsprogramm auf ein ganz neues Level.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist für die strategische und operative Steuerung des Kundenempfehlungsprogramms zuständig und entwickelst dieses konsequent weiter
  • Du nutzt alle relevanten Kanäle und Kontaktpunkte entlang der Customer Journey, um unser Empfehlungsprogramm 360 Grad bei unseren Zielgruppen zu promoten
  • Du baust eine lebendige DCI Friends Community auf. Dabei entwickelst und pitchst Du fortwährend tolle Aktionen und Benefits, die unsere KundInnen vom Hocker reißen
  • Hierbei motiviert Du unsere KundInnen nicht nur zur Weiterempfehlung, sondern identifizierst und betreust auch potenzielle BotschafterInnen, die unsere Mission langfristig in die Welt tragen wollen
  • Du baust federführend das Affiliate-Marketing für externe Stakeholder, wie z.B. Influencer und Partnerorganisationen auf und betreust unsere neuen Partner
  • Du bist innovativ und evaluierst nicht nur Best Practices anderer Anbieter, sondern entdeckst auch neue Wachstumspotenziale und Growth Hacks, um unser Referral Programm für unsere Kunden attraktiv zu gestalten und kontinuierlich auszubauen (online und offline)
  • Darüber hinaus sorgst Du organisatorisch für einen rundum reibungslosen Empfehlungs- und Betreuungsprozess für alle beteiligten Stakeholder
  • Du trackst den Erfolg unseres Referralprogramms und erstellst und präsentierst mithilfe relevanter KPIs aussagekräftige Reportings, um die Kundenakquise zu optimieren
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen wie Marketing und Sales, um zielgerichtete Kampagnen zu entwickeln, die die DCI Friends Community stetig wachsen lässt.
Deine SkillsMust-haves:
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke (online und offline)
  • Mit Deiner proaktiven Persönlichkeit gehst Du gerne auf Menschen zu und den Gemeinschaftsgedanken trägst Du weiter.
  • Berufserfahrung im Referral oder Affiliate-Marketing, Vertrieb, oder Accountmanagement hast Du bereits
  • In der Englischen und Deutschen Sprache fühlst Du dich sehr sicher

  • Du bist gerne kreativ und kannst Content und Designideen selbst entwickeln und briefen
