We search for the best specialists for middle and senior management positions across six key industries (FMCG, Automotive, Retail/Fashion, Logistics, SSC/BPO, IT) for our Clients.

Obowiązki
Job Description
- Actively acquire new business clients in the German and international markets (based on leads from Google and social media campaigns, internal databases built over 15 years, and cross-selling).
- Maintain positive relationships with the company's current Partners.
- Possibility of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including client acquisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement.
- Continuous monitoring of the recruitment services market for business opportunities.
- Co-develop sales strategy and service offerings.
Wymagania
Expectations
- Experience in B2B sales and recruitment, preferably in HR services (Permanent Placement, RPO, Outsourcing, Contracting).
- Ability to establish and build business relationships with decision-makers in companies (contact at the level of Plant Manager, HR Director, Head of Purchasing, CEO, etc.).
- Very good command of English.
- Client-oriented, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
