Wir suchen derzeit einen hoch motivierten Payroll Spezialisten (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung unseres Payroll-Teams in Meiningen, Berlin oder München oder remote. Hauptaufgaben und wesentliche Anforderungen

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle im vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnungsprozess zwischen unseren externen Dienstleistern und Adtran

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Anfragen aus dem Unternehmen, beraten die Mitarbeiter und sorgen für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung

  • Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlich hohen Serviceniveaus, welches bei allen lohnabrechnungsspezifischen Fragestellungen fundiertes Know-how und Expertise erfordert

  • Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, konzerninterner Regelungen und Unternehmensrichtlinien sowie der Qualitätsstandards hinsichtlich der Datensicherheit im Rahmen aller Entgeltabrechnungsprozesse

  • Beratung zu Spezialthemen und aktive Mitarbeit an Schnittstellen in den unternehmensweiten operativen Bereichen sowie bei der Übernahme der daraus resultierenden administrativen Aufgaben (u.a. Risikobewertung, Empfehlung für weitere Entscheidungen und Einleitung und Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen)

  • Termingerechte Vorbereitung der Datenübernahme für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse in Finanzen, Controlling, Bankportal etc. sowie Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung der lohnbezogenen Finanzkonten

Andere Aufgaben und Verantwortung

  • Unabhängige Durchführung von internen Prüfungen und Betriebsprüfungen durch externe Stellen

  • Unterstützung verschiedener Projekte

Erforderliche Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Gehaltsabrechnung

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gehaltsabrechnung oder Buchhaltung

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie im Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen, idealerweise DATEV

  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, komplexe Abrechnungsthemen zielgruppenspezifisch zu vermitteln

  • Gründliche, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Polnische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Payroll Specialist (M/F/D) to join our Payroll team in Meiningen, Berlin or Munich or remote. Principle duties and essential functions

  • Central interface in the preparatory payroll process between our external service providers and Adtran

  • First point of contact for queries from the company, advise employees and ensure the successful implementation of the monthly payroll process

  • Ensuring a continuously high level of service in the context of all payroll-specific issues that require in-depth know-how and expertise

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal Group regulations and company guidelines as well as quality standards with regard to data security in the context of all payroll processes

  • Advice on special topics and active cooperation at interfaces in the company-wide operational areas as well as taking on the resulting administrative tasks (including risk assessment, recommendation for further decisions and initiation and implementation of appropriate measures)

  • Timely preparation of data transfer for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in finance, controlling, bank portal, etc. as well as support in the reconciliation of payroll-related financial accounts

 

Other tasks and responsibilities

  • Independent performance of internal audits and company audits by external bodies

  • Support various projects

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Commercial apprenticeship or further training in the area of ​​payroll accounting

  • First professional experience in payroll accounting or accounting

  • Communication skills and the ability to convey complex payroll issues to specific target groups

  • Thoroughly, goal-oriented and independent way of working

  • Business fluent German language skills and good English language skills

  • Polish language skills be advantageous
