In unserem Team bist du als Praktikant Founders Associate (all genders) ein wesentlicher Bestandteil eines erfahrenen Teams, das dafür verantwortlich ist, spannende Projekte zu begleiten und unser Produkt auf die Parkflächen zu bekommen. Optimalerweise hast kannst du im Januar 2025 mit deinem Praktikum starten und hast mindestens 3 - 6 Monate Zeit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Deep Dive: Du erhältst einen tiefen Einblick in die Aufgaben und Prozesse unserer Founder
  • Operative Unterstützung: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem CPTO zusammen und unterstützt ihn bei täglichen Aufgaben
  • Project Management: Du arbeitest selbstständig an Projekten und bringst diese erfolgreich zum Abschluss
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst und verbesserst bestehende Abläufe und optimierst die Schnittstellen zwischen den einzelnen Unternehmensbereichen
INSPIRE US BY
  • Study Background: Du bist ein eingeschriebener Studierender oder Absolvent und hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Consulting / Strategy gesammelt
  • Hands-on Mentalität: Demonstrierte Problemlösefähigkeit mit hoher Ownership für eigene Projekte
  • Du hast einen Blick fürs Große und Ganze: Du arbeitest sehr genau und detailliert. Du bedenkst Entscheidungen stets aus verschiedenen Perspektiven
  • Du bist innovativ: Du bist zielstrebig und überlegst, wie deine Ideen umgesetzt werden könnten
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst Deutsch auf einem verhandlungssicheren Niveau und fließend Englisch
