With a strong investor backing and a growing global presence, we're seeking a talented Founders Associate Intern to help us scale our business.

Role Purpose

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll collaborate closely with our visionary chief of staff, co-founders, and cross-department stakeholders to drive strategic growth and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to gather hands-on experience, learn from skilled entrepreneurs, and develop entrepreneurial skills in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the chief of staff in strategic planning and execution
  • Initiate and drive strategic and operational projects with full ownership
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products and services
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a student with 3-6 months of time for a full-time internship
  • Advanced student of management, business, economics, or a related field with excellent academic performance
  • Initial work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking)
  • Hands-on, goal-driven, and autonomous working style
  • Highly analytical, driven, and data-savvy
  • Proactive communicator, fluent in English, and confident in international/intercultural interactions
