Deine Aufgaben- Aufbau und Leitung von Picnics AR- & AP-Team
- Du bist Mentor, schreckst aber nicht davor zurück, klare Ziele der Finance Operations zu definieren
- Du fühlst dich wohl in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business Teams, Lieferanten und Kunden
- Du treibst die Standardisierung und Digitalisierung voran, um Tausende von Eingangsrechnungen pro Monat zu bewältigen, während wir in Deutschland schnell expandieren
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere tägliche Buchhaltung auf dem neuesten Stand ist und mit den aktuellen Gesetzen übereinstimmt
- Du überwachst unsere Cash-In- und Cash-Out-Positionen – von Ausgaben bis hin zu Kundenforderungen
- Du scheust dich nicht, dich in neue, spannende und tagesaktuelle Buchhaltungsthemen einzuarbeiten
- Bachelor in Finanz-/Buchhaltung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen im Rechnungswesen
- 3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise auch in einer Führungsposition
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturiertes Denken und ein Auge für Details
- Scale-up-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative, flexible Denkweise und Ausdauer, wenn nötig
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit Stakeholdern
- Kenntnisse im täglichen Umgang mit Mehrwertsteuer und innereuropäischen Steuern
- Fließend in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
- Wohnort in Deutschland und die Bereitschaft, von unserem Düsseldorfer Büro aus zu arbeiten
