Deine Aufgaben
Du bist für die Projektkoordination zur Implementierung unserer SaaS-Lösungen für Unternehmen aus der Chemie und Pharma verantwortlich
Du koordinierst und leitest ein Team von Application Manager und Digital Engineering Experten
Du bist hands-on und führst auch eigenständig Implementierungs- und Konfigurationsarbeiten aus
Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und berätst Kunden hinsichtlich der Implementierungsmöglichkeiten unserer Softwarelösungen
Du planst Updates und Erweiterungen bei den bestehenden Implementierungen und führst diese auch aus
Du pflegst eine zufriedene Kundenbasis

Soft Skills:

Tiefe Kenntnisse von Geschäftsprozessen, um die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu verstehen

Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Business Software Lösungen mit
Dir ist der Umgang mit Technologien aus dem Microsoft und Web App Tech Stack, wie Azure, SQL und REST APIs nicht unbekannt
Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Prozessindustrie
Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss

We are looking for
as a Squad Lead (Software Consultant & Project Manager) for the implementation of our SaaS Enterprise solution Shiftconnector® with focus on pharma, biotech and the GMP environment for our location in Bad Säckingen, Germany.

You will be team leader of a new customer solution team with focus on pharma customers. Together with Application Managers, Digital Engineering experts and our Quality Manager you will realize validated implementation projects according to the requirements in the GMP environment.
Your tasks
You will oversee project coordination for implementing our SaaS solutions in leading companies, with a primary focus on pharmaceutical and biotech production
You will coordinate and lead a newly formed team comprising Application Managers and Digital Engineering Experts
Executing implementation and configuration tasks independently will be under your purview
You will analyze customer requirements and provide guidance to clients regarding the implementation possibilities of our software solutions
You will implement CSV (Computer System Validation) within the framework of implementation projects and be accountable for creating and verifying qualification documentation, specifically IQ, OQ, PQ, in accordance with and in collaboration with our QA
Planning and executing updates and expansions for existing implementations will be part of your responsibilities
Maintaining a satisfied customer base will be a key aspect of your role
Your profile

Demonstrated ability to guide a team in the right direction
Strong understanding of business processes to comprehend the needs and requirements of our customers
Recognized for structured and accurate work, with a commitment to quality
Proactive and committed approach to tasks
Confident and persuasive communication with clients, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships
Hard Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, business informatics, engineering, or equivalent with relevant work experience
Minimum of four years of professional experience in implementing and operating business software solutions
Experience in project management and the process industry, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector
Fluency in both English and German is essential due to our international clients and colleagues
