Kundenbetreuer im Customer Service, Dentale Implantologie (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Betreuung und Beratung der Bestands- und Neukunden

  • Proaktiver Customer Service und First Level Support

  • Kompetente und serviceorientierte Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen

  • Aktive Unterstützung des Sales-Teams

  • Aktive Unterstützung der Pre-/ After-Sales Aktivitäten

  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Verwaltung sowie Dokumentation

  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben

  • Gemäß Ihren persönlichen Stärken übernehmen Sie Projekte und Zusatzaufgaben in Kooperation mit der Abteilungsleitung

  • Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von bestehenden Qualitäts-Standards im Aufgabenfeld und dessen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung idealerweise in einem Berufsbild der Dentalmedizin (ZMF, Zahntechniker/in, Dentalkaufleute)

  • Abitur / Mittlere Reife

  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung /Vertriebsinnendienst wünschenswert

  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie kundenorientierte Denkweise

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

  • Freude am Telefonieren und entsprechendes Verkaufsgeschick

  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in der MS-Office Umgebung und Kenntnisse in einem ERP- oder Warenwirtschaftssystem

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift), jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
