Das kannst du bewirken :

Als Technical Support Engineer sind Sie verantwortlich für:

Installation und Inbetriebnahme von neuen Biobank- und Compound-Management-Systemen sowie von Lagern in diagnostischen Labors

Schulung und technische Beratung unserer Kunden

Durchführung von regelmäßigen Wartungsarbeiten

Reparaturservice im Falle einer Störung

Selbstständige Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Arbeiten

Betreuung unserer technischen Support-Hotline

Einführung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen

Schnittstelle zu funktionsübergreifenden Arbeitsteams wie F&E, Kundendienst, Produktmanagement, Fertigung und Vertrieb

Das bringst du mit :

Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine gleichwertige technische Ausbildung

Vorzugsweise Hintergrund im Life-Science- oder Diagnostik-Bereich

Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist von Vorteil

Selbstständige sowie kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unter Zeitdruck arbeiten kann sowie flexibel und belastbar ist

Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Vorzugsweise sollte der Kandidat im Großraum Göttingen wohnhaft sein.

Die Position ist mit einer umfangreichen nationalen und internationalen Reisetätigkeit verbunden. Solche Einsätze können bis zu 4 Wochen in Folge betragen.
